Hawksley Developments is administered by Managing Director Phillip Hawksley
Phillip is highly qualified and experienced in both building design and building construction utilising a multitude of methods and styles.
Hawksley Developments can undertake any form of building design only and/or construction from the smallest renovation or extension to the largest multi million dollar project. All with equal care and attention no matter the size or value.
Phillip holds a number of highly regarded qualifications, has been accepted as a member of the most reputable institutes and associations in the building industry and has been presented with a number of prestigious awards.
He completed an apprenticeship in carpentry and joinery while employed at J & T Gunn in Launceston. Since then he has achieved: ‘Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction Management’, ‘Advanced Diploma of Project Management’, ‘Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction’ and ‘Diploma of Building Design’.
In the course of his career he has been accepted as a member of ‘Australian Institute of Building’, ‘Australian Institute of Project Management’, ‘Master Builders Association’, ‘Housing Industry Association’ and ‘Building Designers Association of Australia’.
Phillip is the recipient of a number of awards, for his designs and completed projects from ‘Master Builder’s Association’, ‘National Trust of Australia’, ‘Housing Industry Association’ and ‘Publicity Press’.
He is currently accredited as a ‘Building Designer’ and holds a ‘Builder-Open’ licence through Department of Justice Tasmania, all inclusive of the required insurances and CPD compliance.
Phillip has operated in Tasmania, Western Australia and Queensland. Over time he has gained experience in practically all forms of design and construction including new residential, renovations, extensions, restorations, multi-residential, commercial, high rise and even multi million dollar sports and aquatic centres. He would like nothing more than to offer his advice and expertise to help you achieve your dream, no matter how large or small your proposed project may be.
