Phillip Hawksley prepared the concept design and oversaw the full design process for this distinguished project, subsequently managing the entire construction phase along with all requisite approvals and compliance requirements.

The three‑storey office building was conceived in a refined Victorian Regency style, carefully selected to harmonise with the surrounding heritage streetscape. This approach ensures the building not only complements its context but endures with timeless character, maturing gracefully over time rather than appearing dated, as can occur with some contemporary styles.
