Parkinson - Aquatic Centre

While serving as Senior Project Manager at Spantech Pty Ltd, Phillip Hawksley played a pivotal role in the conception and delivery of this landmark project. He led numerous preliminary consultations with Brisbane City Council, personally developing the concept design, cost estimates, and project schedule. Phillip managed the design process end-to-end, engaging consultants, preparing contracts, and overseeing every stage of construction, culminating in the successful handover to the Lord Mayor of Brisbane City Council on the exact date and within the original budget stipulated in the contract.

Phillip’s expertise extends across multiple aquatic projects, where he has applied his comprehensive design and construction management skills in collaboration with Spantech, City Venue Management, and Liquidblu, consistently delivering facilities that combine functional excellence with distinctive architectural quality.
