While employed by Spantech Pty Ltd, as Senior Project Manager, Phillip Hawksley attended numerous preliminary meetings with Brisbane City Council and personally prepared the concept, costings and schedule for this project. Phillip autonomously managed the design process, engaged consultants, prepared contracts and project managed the entire construction phase right through to hand over to the Lord Mayor of Brisbane City Council, on the exact date and to the exact budget originally nominated in the contract.

Phillip has managed the design and construction of a number of aquatic projects with the assistance of Spantech, City Venue Management and Liquidblu.
